Van Alstyne – Shut out #Carthage and 6A Rockwall last week as big tune-ups for the start of the 9-4A District race this week.

Runner Up 4A THSSB Team of the Week
Longview Spring Hill – The #9 Lady Panthers held off #13 Carthage 7-6 to take sole possession of 1st place in the 16-4A district race.

Honorable Mentio 4A THSSB Team of the Week
Canyon Eagles – Won two district games last week including a 6-3 victory over #16 Canyon Randall to stay at 4-0 in district and tied for the lead
